2012 Chinese Lunar New Year Holiday /Valentine Schedule

Dear Valued Customers,

Please reference the following closing dates for the upcoming holidays.

Chinese Lunar New Year (January 23rd)

All order processing and customer service will be closed January 21 st through January 29th HKT.

Our warehouse will be on holiday from January 18th to January 30th HKT. International orders placed after January 15th may be processed after January 30th.

We will fully resume on January 29th.

I strongly recommend that if you plan on ordering something for Valentine’s gift that you do order STRAIGHT AWAY. Of course, we do encourage customer choose

expedited service such as EMS, or DHL for receiving your order in time. However, please be reminded of your Christmas jam and there will be a longer backlog both in order processing and shipping things from China after New Year.

Our recommendation would be to order before January 15th 2012; and any orders made after that shouldn't be expected to make it in time.
